East Helena Street Closures
Starting mid-day Tuesday, 8/16/22, the intersection of Montana Ave and Riggs Street will be closed to traffic. Traffic will be routed one block east to Grand Ave, then back on Groschell to Montana. Also, Wylie Drive will be closed to traffic between Riggs and Gail. Traffic will be detoured to 3rd street. Both closures are expected to last 48hrs.
