Jurisdiction & Hours
The East Helena City Court has jurisdiction over alleged misdemeanors and East Helena city ordinance violations within the city limits.
Open Court Hours:
Monday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Court information such as hearing schedules and remaining fine amounts can be obtained by calling the Court Clerk Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (406) 227-5321.
Appearing on your citation
East Helena City Court is an open court that does not require an appointment. Appearances for citations can be made during Open Court hours. Time-pay agreements can be arranged with the judge.

Payments
City Court payments can be made using cash, money order, or check at the City Hall administration office during normal business hours. Receipts will be issued for payments made at the administration office. After business hour payments can be deposited into the locked payment “Drop Box” on the east door of City Hall, or mailed to the PO Box. Please include the citation number with your payment.
