NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING FOR SUBDIVISION REGULATION AMENDMENTS FOR THE CITY OF EAST HELENA

The East Helena Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider text amendments to the City of East Helena Subdivision Regulations to incorporate changes from the 2023 legislature and changes to the design and improvements standards. A public hearing is to be held before the City of East Helena Planning Board on Wednesday January 24, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at East Helena City Hall, 306 E. The public is invited to comment in writing and public testimony will be heard. Written comments may be directed to the East Helena City Clerk, 306 East Main St., P.O. Box 1170, East Helena, MT 59635. The proposed amendments may be reviewed at East Helena City Hall. Written comments must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on January 24, 2024.
