Council Meeting Agendas & Minutes

      Public comments are welcome during City Council meetings. All East Helena public meetings have a scheduled time for public comments near the beginning of the meeting. This time is set aside for comments on subjects and topics that are not listed on the meeting agenda under unfinished or new business. Due to time constraints and meeting etiquette, this time period is not available as a question and answer session.

      An agenda item request form, available in PDF format below, is used to request getting on the city council agenda. This form should be completed and submitted to the Administration Department or Mayor at City Hall, 306 E. Main Street in East Helena. Alternatively this completed form can be emailed to the City Clerk at cityclerk@easthelenamt.us.
